Respected mam,

kindly help  by consedering this cadence Simulation error i'm getting
version Virtuoso 6.1.5

What possible changes i can make for resolving the erronious simulation

    Well, you just broke several of the forum guidelines (please read them; the link will take you there, but they are the first post in each forum):

    1. You attached onto the end of an old thread
    2. Your append wasn't really related to the thread in question
    3. You appended into the RF Design forum yet this appears to be a transient simulation issue - so it's not clear why you picked that forum
    4. You have no information about the error (which was probably above that point in the log file)
    5. You didn't give which version of spectre you're using; the IC version isn't really relevant here.

    So not a lot to go on. I split your post off from the one you appended to, and moved it into the Custom IC Design forum. You're unlikely to get an answer without more information though.
