Plotting device parameters from a PSS simulation

Desgn

I was wondering if there is any way to plot device parameters (ids, vds, vdsat etc.) for a PSS simulation. I was able to plot these parameters (by including a ".scs" file with save commands in it) for transient simulations. I can even plot it for the initial transients in a PSS simulation but I cannot see them in the "pss_td" result list.

I've definitely answered this recently because I found an example I'd put together in November. It works fine for shooting PSS, but it is not supported for harmonic balance. That's not really surprising because the time domain output is computed from the frequency domain output via an inverse fourier transform, and it would require solving for the saved operating point parameter in the frequency domain to do that.

So it should work with shooting for you, but not with harmonic balance, and that's expected.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
