Change models in cadence from bsim3V3 to EKV

    Hi all,
I know many models (BSIM3V3,BSIM4,EKV...)are available in Spectre simulator in Cadence, but how can I change the default model to another (e.g change bsim model to EKV model).

    I think you awsered my question. If I understood it's impossible to use the EKV transistor model unless the foundry give me the model parameters I need that caraterize their transistors.

    But If got the EKV model file, I think spectre is compatible with but is Hspice also compatible?
