Ploting RDSon against W and Vgs

Hi there.

I am struggling here on how to plot the RDSon of a MOSFET vs W (and Vgs). I tried using the S-Parameter (using PSin) but I got confused and stucked. The idea here is to get a plot on how the RDSon of the MOSFET varies with W. I am charactering a MOSFET as an introduction to what I am doing (Design DC-DC Converter). I am using Cadence 6.

I appreciate any help.
