OA to CDB conversion

I still use IC5141-usr6. A third-party design house just sent me a design with OA database. I guess I can use oa2cdb utility to convert this design to IC5141-usr6 database. However, I even cannot find oa2cdb utilitiy. In my ---/IC5141-usr6/tools/bin, I only find oa2pcdb, but no oa2cdb. Any guideline how to convert this OA database to CDB database?

oa2cdb was available in IC61X releases through 615. It has been removed in 616 so if you want to use it you will need to install 615.
