I would like to measure the lenght or the perimeter of a device terminal layers lenght L1 and L2 as shown in the attached image.

Is there a simple way to do it?

Regards,

Pietro

    Hi PietroUser

You are trying to measure LOD (Length of Diffusion) parameters SA, SB, etc. Please use measureSTI command. The details can be found in $ASSURAHOME/doc/assuracommandref/assuracommandref.pdf.

    Best regards
