STD cell characterization

Hi team,

I'm learning about the characterization of STD cell library. Can anybody please provide some documents regarding the characterization. I'm not getting any specific documents on Google.

Standard cell characterization can be done using Liberate. You can get the Liberate manuals from COS website Here is some info on Liberate:
