Hi,
I know the model name and the model parameter name in the model card, and I would like to do a paratertic analysis on that model parameter (not a dc sweep) in Cadence Spectre. Is it possible ?

    Hi Ahmed

It is currently not possible for both ADE-L and ADE-XL to do parametric analysis using strings. Would you please help to file an enhancement request to your local Cadence support?

    Best regards
    Quek

     Hi Ahmed and Quek,

I have been able to do a parametric sweep of a model parameter by making its value a variable. Specifically,  as a example, if I define a voltage source within the model and assign its value to be a variaable, I was successful at doing a parametric analysis varying the voltage source value. Perhaps you can try something like this Ahmed.
