no info files in spectreS

Hi.

I am simulating via ocean script and using spectreS as my simulator.
The script is a loop of so many iterations, my simulation used up about 50GB, then it stopped because the disk was full.

I looked for reasons why the simulation used up so large space.
I noticed that the simulation also saves info files
( modelParameter.info, element.info, outputParameter.info ).
The info files are about 75% of the PSF folder size.

Can it be disabled in spectreS? (saving info files)
I know about the saveOption, but it only works in spectre.

Thanks
Gilbert

Why are you using spectreS? It has been obsolete since 1999, and is in fact not there in any release after IC5141.

So it's not surprising if there are limitations.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
