freeze with virtuoso layout

Hello,

While using virtuoso layout (IC 6.15) , I got some freeze and virtuoso run infinitly. The HW ressource are not undersized, the issue seems to come from virtuoso.

To go further I run strace unix command on the virtuoso processus, and I got the following  error:

87462 recv(5, 0x16727ca0, 4096, 0)      = -1 EAGAIN (Resource temporarily unavailable)

87462 clock_gettime(CLOCK_REALTIME, {1401980184, 497063855}) = 0

How can i solve it ?

regards,

Fabrice

    Fabrice,

This is the kind of thing that is best dealt with through customer support.

What I'd suggest is that you run "pstack" a few times with the process id of the virtuoso process, as this tends to give us a much better idea of where it is stuck, and supply that information to customer support.

    Kind Regards,

    Andrew.
