 Hi friends,

I just put cds_thru instance in schematic only, after that i have lvs error like instance error, port error etc.., Here i attached the screen shot for your reference . Please help us.

Note: I am using the "umc/tsmc" foundary(PDK) .

Can i change any setup to clean the lvs in calibre.

Thanks & Regards

Karthik

    Hi Karthik

In future, it would be better for you to post Calibre related issues to the Mentor support forum. I think you can try adding the following svrf cmd to the lvs deck:

lvs filter R(sh) short PLUS MINUS source

cds_thru devices are exported as CDL resistors with model "sh".

    Best regards
    Quek
