Turn off the noise of a single Tansistor

Hallo, is it possible to switch off the noise of one Transistor in spectre? I want to understand my noise and it would be nice to break down the problem

    BTW, this feature was added in MMSIM62 Update 1 (MMSIM 6.2.1) (it has been available on resistors for years, but for transistors it is relatively new).
