how to close/destroy a window in Ocean scripts?

archive
archive over 17 years ago

Hi heroes,
    I am running some simulations in ocean scripts.
I used "newWindow()" to create some new windows for some special waveform plots.

But I cannot close the windows with ocean scripts,so I must close them by hand.It's so troublesome when  you have hundeds of windows.

   Could you give me some suggestions?Do you know which function can close the windows?
Thanks a lot.

    w_windowId = newWindow()
    hiCloseWindow( w_windowId )

    Bear in mind that this will only work with AWD. There's currently no way to close a wavescan/ViVA window using public SKILL commands (there's an enhancement request for this).

    Regards,

    Andrew.
