Dynamic resistance of Poly resistor

Dear All;

I want to study the dynamic behaviour of Resistance under high current spike i.e upto 0 to 5 Amp for short duration 50us us window.

Within this time window resistance will be changed due to rise in temp, I need to study this.

Please suggest me for simulation in cadence.

    Why not perform a transient simulation with a voltage pulse applied to the resistance and examine the time domain response of the voltage across the resistance divided by the measured current through the resistor. This will provide a view of the dynamic resistance as a function of time. Perhaps I am not understanding your question or concern. I am sorry if I am not!
