Convergence problem in MC simulations

Hi,

I am running MC simulations on a DAC capacitive array for a transient analysis. Nominal simulations yeild no convergance issues but I do get convergence problems while running MC simulations. I have tried multiple things in transient options and analog simulations options (reltol, iabstol, cmin, gmin value, convergence options etc) but still it becomes frustrating when 300th simulaiton out of total 500 fails to converge and simulations just 'freeze' at that point. Is there an option in MC setup which could just skip the simulaiton failing to converge and run the rest?

Please contact customer support. I'm guessing it's not really failing to converge, but converging with very small timesteps and that's the issue - but I think we'd need to see the data to offer the best advice.

    Andrew.
