    Dear auto dipper.

First of all, if you persist in keep appending unrelated topics onto your old posts, I for one will stop answering your questions. You have been asked several times before and reminded about the forum guidelines - and I spent some time sorting out the mess when you did it earlier in this thread. You've done it again, and unfortunately the two posts are interleaved and I'm not going to waste more time fixing it. See also my response to you a while ago when you said that you couldn't find the New Post button.

The error in your model file is because you are referencing "nmos4" and it should be "nmos", as Shawn pointed out. This is nothing to do with analogLib, because spectre itself doesn't know about analogLib - but in SPICE syntax it works by using:

    .model MODELNAME DEVICECLASS

where DEVICECLASS is (say) nmos, pmos, npn etc. You can't us nmos4.

Also your simulation is complaining about other missing models. such as ami06N and ami06P, so you'll need to get those from somewhere.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
