advanced layout pcells?

So, your standard analog custom IC PDK has the following pcells in its primitive library:

  • p-channel transistor
  • n-channel transistor
  • capacitor
  • resistor
  • BJT
  • diode
These are all pretty basic, although they creation and maintenance can be complex depending on the process varieties (low voltage, high voltage, isolated, high-resistance, etc.) and features (stretch handles, bells, whistles, etc.).

What other more advanced pcells are you creating/using for custom IC design, with an emphasis on analog or mixed-signal design?
