How to easily update ADE/ADE-XL testbenches with new model files?

 Hello,

I just wanted to ask if there is any easy way of updating the model files in all my saved state files (ADE-L) and my ADE-XL testbenches.

We recently updated the model files that we are using and the latest files now reside in a different directory. I was wondering if there is any automatic or script-based way of updating all the testbenches in order to use the newest files.

Thank you

    Fortunately, it seems that the model file information is saved (both in ADE-L and ADE-XL) in text files, so a simple sed command does the job.

    For the ADE-L tesbenches and from your project's root directory run:

    find .artist_states/test_library/*/spectre/*/modelSetup -type f -exec sed -i 's/old_Model_Files/new_Model_Files/g' {} \;

    For the ADE-XL tesbenches and from your project's root directory run:

    find test_library/*/adexl/test_states/test_library/*/spectre/*/modelSetup -type f -exec sed -i 's/old_Model_Files/new_Model_Files/g' {} \;

    find test_library/*/adexl/data.sdb -type f -exec sed -i 's/old_Model_Files/new_Model_Files/g' {} \;

    (Some of the find commands can be consolidated at the expense of more time to complete the command).
