Layout Porting between Foundries

Hi All,

   Is It possible to port an existing layout from Foundry1 to Foundry2. Consider the existin layout has only metal & Via layers.

    If your layout also contains pcells, then it is not possible to resolve the problem by simply modifying the OA layer numbers.Using gds approach is the best. Using dbWriteSkill would also not be a good idea.
