Error SFE- 1999 with unknown parameter Name

Hi @ all,

I've got a Problem with my Modecard, when I define a paramater by another parameter:

Modelcard looks like:

.model pfet pmos level = 72
+BULKMOD = 1
+LMIN    = 1e-008
+LMAX    = LMIN
+BULKMOD = 1
+IGCMOD  = 1

The Error for every parameter, which I define by another parameter occurs as follows:

ERROR (SFE-1999): "7pfet.pm" 4: Model `pfet': parameter `LMAX': Unknown parameter name `LMIN' found in expression.

How can I solve the problem?

Because I've got a very long modelcard and there are lots of parameters which are defined by previous parameters.

Thanks a lot.

Regards,

umut

     Hi Andrew,

thanks a lot. Now it works.

I replaced all the referenced parameters by their values and it works.
