We have ICFB5.1.41 installed on RHEL6.5.

ASSURA version is 4.1_USR4_HF6.

We get the error shown in the attached image and the Assura menu does not show up in Virtuoso Layout.

Any ideas on how to tackle this issue?

The GCC version we have installed is  4.4.7.

I doubt if the 4.4.7 is backward compatible with the 4.2.0 that the tool is looking for.

Here is our .cshrc:

You may not be able to resolve this issue since RHEL 6 is not a supported platform for Assura 4.1, check the Supported Platform Matrix on the Cadence Support site:

    Product: ASSURA 4.1
    Begin Support: 6/26/2009
    End Support: 12/31/2015
    Supported Platforms: 32-bit: RHEL 3, RHEL 4; 64-bit: RHEL 3, RHEL 4, RHEL 5, SLES 9,  SLES 10

You probably need to contact Cadence Support and discuss your options.

EDIT: Checking the downloads site for available items for Assura 4.1 , there are some Update images for Assura 4.1 for RHEL 6 support but these appear to be for IC6x, rather than IC5x, 04.14.001 is the latest image.
