Tutorial for Sensitivity analysis , Yield Optimization

Hi all,

I am Arjun, Graduate student pursuing IC design. I would like to know are there any tutorials available for performing sensitivity analysis and yield optimization for my circuit design. I couldnt find anywhere the exact steps to do them. Can you please provide some instructions to do them using ADE XL
