Looking for Toby Schaffer

This is a REAL LONG SHOT but here goes.....

I am looking for Toby Schaffer who wrote the skill syntax file for GVIM. I want to add some entries to highlight valid Allegro axlSkill commands and put it out for everyone to use, but he is no longer at his contact email. If anyone knows his new email, could you please forward this to him?
