Integrating the components of ahdl library with analog library (TSMC 180nm).

Hello

I am currently designing a hybrid circuit using cmos with magnetic tunnel junction.
These two are of different technologies.

BTW Magnetic Tunnel Junction is a new component which is not found in cadence library.
Here for my simulation I'm using a verilog-a model Magnetic tunnel Junction which is comparable with components in ahdl library of cadence virtuoso which have verilog-a files with thier respected extract symbols.

My question is will the spectre simulator will be able to calculate the power from these components since the circuit is integrating two different libraries ahdl and analog libraries.

I'm getting the expected logical output using this hybrid circuit, but I'm having a problem with the power which results of this circuit.
