How to mark net in Virtuoso Using FinFet technology with Cut layers.

Ronen Cohen

Hi,

I have used this feature in previous process nodes without any problem.

But now in FinFet technology the Cut layers will cause the tool to mark the other side of the cut as like a short.

For example Poly cut. How do I stop Marking the poly up to the Cut layer so it does not highlight the poly on the other side of the cut.

Other layers such as M0 cut are there with the same behavior.

Thanks in advance,

Ronen.
