Sawtooth Wave Generator

Pyroblast

Hi everyone.

I am designing a sawtooth generator which in typical is working fine. Howevee, when I simulate the corners, he stops working properly.

The topology that I am using is composed by a simple comparator (cross coupled on the differential amplifier load), vdc source, capacitor, current source that will charge the capacitor and a nmos that will discharge the capacitor.

I would like to know if there is someone here that has experience on working with sawtooth generator, that has designed sawtooth generator, that could give me some tips.

The working frequency is 500MHz.

Kind regards.
