VerilogAMS Connect Rules not Found

I am trying to run an AMS simulation on a Phase Frequency Detector for a PLL. I have a verilogams module of the PFD and I have a "config" view set up to test the PFD. However, I cannot set up the connect rules because, for some reason, they do not exist. The drop down menu is blank when I try to select one. I have been looking around for ams tutorials and found out there is supposed to be a directory "affirma_ams" in the "tools" directory, that contains the built in connect rules, but for some reason that directory doesn't exist in the install directory. Could someone help me out?
