Menu Bar missing from Layout window

Hi Everyone.

I'm fairly new to cadence but I am hoping somebody here can help me.  Recently I was working on cadence yesterday and then I noticed that all of the menu items in the menu bar are missing.  I did not change or modify any files, I just launched cadence and closed it when I was done.  Anyways,  Whenever I try to open a layout, I get the following warning:

The QRC UI context file was successfully loaded
INFO: Adding Substrate AC Analysis into Assura Menu
Loading lo.cxt
*WARNING* hiReplaceAllBannerMenus: invalid menu in menulist: nil
*WARNING* Menulist must contain unique pulldown menus
Loading vb.cxt
Loading pte.cxt
Loading see.cxt
Loading oi.cxt
Loading techComp.cxt
Loading vca.cxt

I tried launching cadence from a different server and those 2 same warnings do not show up and I can see the menu bar.  I have tried looking over the cadence manual and so far nothing has been able to help me.   I'm at a loss on how to go from here.  Any suggestions?

Sounds as if there's some customization which is doing this. Does the problem go away if you run "virtuoso -nocdsinit" to start virtuoso without reading your .cdsinit file?

    Regards,

    Andrew.
