abut don't work in modgen editor

Hi,

I try to abut transistor member of a modgen group(it's a diff pair with source connect together), but it don't work. I got the warning:

*WARNING* (LX-2236): Unable to abut instances '|M6(1)' and '|M7(1)' because one or both cannot permute.
It could be that the instances have missing instance terminals, no permute rule or there is a disable permutation constraint.

I am using virtuoso IC616.06.16.080

I think the transistor do have instance terminal like S and D. The permute rule is OK, it's been defined in CDF like (p S D). I don't know about which is defined as permutation constraint variable  ??

If the 2 transistors not defined as modgen constraint , I can abut them together no problem ...
