Layout XL (IC 5.1.41) routing

Kindly  People:

I'm using Layout XL (IC 5.1.41) function for routing use .

Has also been set up>    icc.rules,



But when I chose create> wire,

Create Wire form did not displayed, why?

    There were several warning messages in CIW as below :

    1. *WARNING* Export from DFII:Techfile param iccLayers is not defined.
    2. *WARNING* Export from DFII:Cannot export (jj comp layout) from DFII .
    The iccLayers section is nil.empty or undefined in techfile or rules file .

    3. *WARNING* Error during layer table initialization .

    4. *WARNING* Unable to load design data : library jj cell COMP view layout
    5. *WARNING* Write Editor library unavailable for 'command_start' command
    6. *WARNING* WE : Failed to init .

    Clearly your icc.rules is wrong. Try taking a look at an icc.rules file from (say) gpdk180 which can be found at
