Aging simulation with RelXpert

Hello,

I'm currently using IC614 and wanted to run aging simulation. As far as I know, cadence has relXpert to perform this simulation. However, I don't see this tool to run in IC614. Is this tool only available in latest version? May I know which version is that?

And looking at the my software directory:

/home/esdcad/software/cadence/linux/mmsim7.11.188/tools.lnx86

I can see a folder named 'relxpert' and inside this folder a few scripts to run relxpert. but how to run it is not quite clear. I'm just wondering if I can integrate those scripts into ADE-L gui. Do you have any idea about this?

BTW, I've tried the method you mentioned above (setenv RELXPERTHOME $MMSIMHOME) but it just don't work.

Please advise.

Thanks

Syafiq
