relXpert is not available in IC614?

Hello,

I'm currently using IC614 and wanted to run aging simulation. As far as I know, cadence has relXpert to perform this simulation. However, I don't see this tool to run in IC614. Is this tool only available in latest version? May I know which version is that?

And looking at the my software directory (IC614):

$MMSIMHOME/tools/bin

I can see a file/script named 'RUN_RELXPERT' but how to run it is not quite clear. I'm just wondering if I can integrate this script into ADE-L gui. Do you have any idea about this?

BTW, I've tried setenv RELXPERTHOME $MMSIMHOME in .cshrc but it just don't work.
Please advise.
