Simulation License Queueing

Hi Andrew, Is there time set for user at queue? User in the queue waiting for available license for simulation but it seems that after a while even the uses is disappear.Thanks

    I split your post off from the 3 year old (unrelated) thread that you'd appended to. Note that the forum guidelines (first post in each forum) ask you not to post on old threads because it's confusing (especially when it's unrelated).

    I'm assuming you're asking about spectre license queueing as set up from the Analog Design Environment. If so, this is controlled via the following .cdsenv entry:

    spectre.envOpts licQueueTimeOut string  "900"  

    or from SKILL (e.g. .cdsinit file):

    envSetVal("spectre.envOpts" "licQueueTimeOut" 'string  "900")

    900 is the default (so that's 15 minutes, as the time is in seconds). If it doesn't get a license within 15 minutes, it gives up. You can set this to longer, or to "0" which means to wait indefinitely. I think that's what you're asking for.
