Assura LVS matches PVS LVS does not

Hello, I have a simple inverter test circuit that matches using Assura LVS.  However when I try to replicate the results using PVS LVS I get mismatched instances.  Is there something that needs to be done differently in the layout for PVS to function properly?

I am using the GPDK045 technology library.

Thanks!

    It probably depends on which version of gpdk045 you're using. I know with gpdk045_v_3_5 I had to add:

    lvs_netlist yes -allow_inconsistent_model

    to the pvlLVS.rul file in <kitdir>/pvs, as well as correcting:

    sca = TVF_NUM_FUN("calc_sca", "wpe_prcoedure", sch, scv, w, l, 1)

    to:

    sca = TVF_NUM_FUN("calc_sca", "wpe_procedure", sch, scv, w, l, 1)

    There is a newer version available (v4.0) at pdk.cadence.com - and I don't believe you'd have to make these modifications with that version.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
