Extracting a three terminal device

archive
archive over 17 years ago

Hi all,

Could someone please tell me how to change the Extraction Rules to extract a three terminal device. The process I am working on does not have a well and therefore no bulk contact will be necessary. However, when I use the "ExtractMos" or the "ExtractDevice" command with only three terminals specified, the extraction fails.  Is there something I need to do other than this?

Thanks in advance!
