RelXpert

Hello,

I am using IC6.1.4.500.6 and MMSIM12.10. I saw there is an option to run RelXpert in ADE environment under simulation>relxpert.

I have defined the life time and agemos model parameter. However, when I clicked 'run' button, immediately I get below error:

'Failed to run RelXpert netlist preprocessing.'. Nothing else in relxpert.log, just that statement.

Please anyone out there help me. I got no clue about this problem

  • Do you have a license for RelXpert? Note that you should also be able to pick on the RelXpert options form to run under Simulation->Reliability->Setup on the Basic tab that Simulator mode is set to "Spectre native". Did you try that?

    Note that you are using quite an old version of the IC tools, and so I can't easily test something so old (we've had IC615 and IC616 since then; even 6.1.4.500.13 was from 3.5 years ago... and the new integration of RelXpert was into ADE was quite new then.
