qrc unable to create extview.tmp

Hi,

I am creating a extracted view output with the qrc.

I am running qrc by giving temporary directory as t9_sdffqx4_znr.

I am seeing the following error. i am giving this because i need extview.tmp file which is created by qrc. But qrc tool is deleting this.
 Is it possible to create extview.tmp and extview.tmp file at a time in a single qrc run.

TEMPDIR=`setTempDir /proj/stdcell/GF14LPP/users/gharish/run/GF14lpp_sc9_84cpp_125c_EMIR_RUNS/t9_sdffqx4_znr/svdb/t9_sdffqx4_znr/rcx_temp`
setTempDir /proj/stdcell/GF14LPP/users/gharish/run/GF14lpp_sc9_84cpp_125c_EMIR_RUNS/t9_sdffqx4_znr/svdb/t9_sdffqx4_znr/rcx_temp ERROR (LBMISC-215047): /proj/stdcell/GF14LPP/users/gharish/run/GF14lpp_sc9_84cpp_125c_EMIR_RUNS/t9_sdffqx4_znr/svdb/t9_sdffqx4_znr/rcx_temp: Value too large for defined data type

    This looks very like a recent CCR, 1343736. The issue there appears to be related to using a filer with 64-bit inodes, and using a local /tmp dir works OK. Or it may be related to using the ext4 filesystem. It's not entirely clear yet what the root cause or the fix is - because this is only fairly recently filed.

    I would suggest that you contact customer support, referencing that CCR number.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Hi,

    Yes, you are right. I am using 64bit version. By the way if we give /tmp directory as temporary directory for qrc it is working fine.

    Is is not possible to run qrc  with out giving /tmp directory.
