CDB 2 OA Error and warning

i convert my cdb lib ( tsmc90rf) to oa with cadence ic 615

i have one error and 3 warnings

WARNING (CDBOA-512): OpenAccess does not support layer purpose specification in

standardViaDefs. All via layers are created and display

only on purpose drawing. Layer purpose PDKREC wellbody of

device DFM_M1_SUB/symbolic maps to PDKREC drawing in

standardViaDef PDKREC.

WARNING (CDBOA-513): OpenAccess does not recognize purpose wellbody used in

standardViaDef DFM_M1_SUB. No layer purpose PDKREC drawing

is defined. Creating layer purpose PDKREC drawing. Mapping

PDKREC wellbody to PDKREC drawing.

how can i fix this error ? and warnings

    The internal description of stdViaDefs does not support purposes other than drawing. I would add the LPP: PDKREC drawing to your techfile, modify your symbolic contacts or cdsVias to use this LPP. Re-translate and see if you get the error. Since the error message is not verbose, I would start with that.


    If you must have the LPP PDKREC, wellbody, you will have to create a customViaDef which can have the proper LPP.
