Exporting Hspice netlist file.

Hi,,, When i export Hspice netlist of my schematic drawn & sim. by Cadence, the Hspice netlist file contains some variable which I don't understand it's meaning like M0 2 5 7 9 L=400 W=350 $X=2855 $Y=0 $D=0 X1 7 23 55 78 PMOS55 $T=460 54545 1 270 $X=4789 $Y=2505 The variables which start by $ , what it dose mean? Plz , help Thanks
