Skipping EM Analysis

Hi,

When I run the em analysis on a qrc extracted dspf file, i am seeing the following warning message in the spectre emir log file.


*WARN:EMIR-3*:cannot find the limit for net VSS in layer v0. EMIR analysis:max is skipped for resistor rpb221 in layer v0.
*WARN:EMIR-3*:cannot find the limit for net CLK in layer v1. EMIR analysis:rms is skipped for resistor rv51 in layer v1.

This message is coming for the via layers only. and the via layers are not reporting in the EM report.
What is the exact cause of this warning? is there anything i need to add in the emdata file.
