Error during Montecarlo simulation

Hello everyone,

I am running Montecarlo simulations using IBM cmrf8sf technology files (design.scs, allmodels.scs) but unable to complete simulations as spectre says process killed by user although I believe I followed steps properly in ADE XL. Please find attached the output log file for more information on this.

Please help in this.

Well, the log file is telling you that the simulation was killed by the user. This might be because your time limits in your ADE XL job policy are too short. This is best handled by contacting customer support, and then an AE can look at this with you.
