IC616 spectre simulation error

I got IC6.16.500.9 and MMSIM13.11.603 on my CentOS 6.6, and when I run spectre simulation, CIW shows

ERROR (ADE-3036): Errors encountered during simulation. The simulator run log has not been generated.
Possible cause could be an invalid command line option for the version of the simulator
you are running. Choose Setup->Environment and verify that the command line options
specified in the userCmdLineOption field are supported for the simulator.
Alternatively, run the simulator standalone using the runSimulation file in the netlist
directory to know the exact cause of the error.

Then I ran ./runSimulation in netlist root and shell shows

spectre (ver. 5.10.41_USR6.081308 -- 13 Aug 2008).
Includes RSA BSAFE(R) Cryptographic or Security Protocol Software from RSA
Security, Inc.

Error found by spectre.
Invalid name `psfxl' used with argument `-format'.
Use `spectre -help' for more information.

libreadline.so.5 installed and environment setup is already 64 bit binary.

Just wondering if anyone had same situation and solved. It do struggled me for long time.

Thanks

You're not using MMSIM13.1 for spectre, but picking up a very old spectre from IC5141 (see the version number). So your UNIX path is incorrect. Regards, Andrew

Put MMSIMHOME environment variable before CDS_ROOT ( whatsoever ) environment in your .profile.

    And check your spectre version in terminal;

    spectre -W
