IC616 some visual issues with local machines BUT no problem when working through VNCViewer/Server

Dear All,

I installed the latest ISR of IC616.

But

when I am using may machine through vncserver it is working fine. (NO visual issues)

But paradoxically on my local machine it is giving all types of visual issues with ADE & Layout editor.

So certainly, it is NOT a hardware issues rather the tool has some settings suitable for  VNCserver/viewer aplications.

Can anybody please tell how it can be fixed ?

"All types of visual issues" is not very specific... without knowing what the issues are, it's pretty much impossible to advise you how to fix anything.

    Kind Regards,

    Andrew.

    Dear Andrew,

I basically face two types of visual issues ( but NOT when I use through  vncviewer )

    1:-

Layout Zoom-IN and out is little bit sower in local machine than when I use my local machine in vncviewer remotely.

It should be other way around. But .....

    2:-

The Simulation log( progress report) output  on the prompt during simulations.

When it gets updated the prompt becomes blank . It is not continuous unlike in VNC viewer.

Sounds odd. Best if you contact customer support for this as we probably need to look into versions of drivers used, etc.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
