Substrate extraction

Hello. I am designing a mm-wave LNA in TSMC65nm.  I don't know how to set up substrate extraction in Quantus QRC, which I need for accurate parasitics. I have checked "Substate extract" in setup, but it doesn't load the necessary files, it only says "undefined" (attachment). How do I set up this extraction?

  • Where can I locate that substrate tech file (what is the file's name and extension) in my PDK, or do I need to contact my PDK supplier if that tech file is acquired separately from standard Quantus QRC? Regards. (it's me, Rade, my previous account doesn't seem to work, but nevermind that)
