Hi,

I have added a PDK (tsmcN90nm), in layout when I run the automatic routing, nothing done! Do you know what is the reason and how can I overcome it?

thanks.

    Hi Majid,

This is related to the same issues that you described in your other post.

Your techfile needs a section called "functions" that contains all the routing layers to be used.

In addition, you need a constraint group (default: virtuosoDefaultSetup) that is used to tell the router which vias and layers to use.

Unless you want to rebuild your techfile I would suggest using a supported PDK from TSMC. Not a partially converted techlib.

    Colin
