Pass symbol parameter and use equation with quotation

We create a symbol and pass l and w parameter to schemtic device.

In the schematic device (for example, a MOS),

When I set the equation l=pPar("wn")/2

The result of CDL out is

M1  A B C S  nch W=wn/2 L=ln

How to add quotation in the equation as follow

M1  A B C  S nch W='wn/2' L=ln

Because some of simuation tools can not accept equation without quotation.

Thank you.

The CDL netlister is to generate a "Component Description Language" netlist, which is a SPICE-like format intended for physical verification tools (was originally the netlist language for Dracula, but it's supported by most other physical verification tools). It is not intended as a netlister for simulation, so won't fulfil the needs of any specific simulator (I'm guessing you're using HSPICE here, since that uses quotation marks around expressions).

Instead you should use the hspiceD interface in ADE - this will generate a netlist for HSPICE and should have quotation marks around expressions.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
