Monte Carlo Mismatch for PDK T-N65-CM-SP-007 (TSMC 65um)

Hello,

I am posting this question and hoping someone has an experience using above mentioned technology.

I was not able to see mismatch variations when running monte carlo although I have turned ON the mismatchflag in the process file.

When I checked in the results browser, all the parameters related to mismatch variations are having zero value.

Before change to this technology, I was using ibm8rf process/technology, and was okay when running monte carlo (process and/or mismatch variations).

Thanks

Syafiq
