Hello guys,

Does anyone knows if it is possible to perform a DOE analysis in Cadence? Plot a pareto graphic, etc?

Kind regards.

We use something like Design of Experiments in the "Auto" mode of the Worst Case Corner analysis in IC616. That's part of the underlying algorithm though - it's not that clear to me what you actually want here though. DoE is a bit of an open term - ultimately it depends on what you're hoping to achieve.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
