Device Checking, how to exclude one sub-circuit

Hi All

I am doing the device checking for a memory block.

It's quite clear to me that the MOS transistor in the bit cell would definitely violate the voltage limitation.

So, I'd like to know how to do the device checking while exclude one sub-circuit, to my case the "memory bit cell matrix"

otherwise, the "memory bit cell matrix" would create more than 10k errors, which make the analysis for other blocks quite difficult.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards

Yi

    Yi,

Please provide some more details on the device check you're doing (ideally the spectre assert statement you're using, if that's what you mean).

    Regards,

    Andrew.
