Reliability study: Spectre vs Relxpert

Hi,

When I run reliability study on my circuit (with av_extracted view) with Spectre as simulator, the set up runs. But when I choose RelXpert as the simulator, I get following error for 'age' and 'stress' modes (with and without av_extracted view):

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Error found by spectre during initial setup.

ERROR (SPECTRE-4080): There are no components in the circuit.

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But 'fresh' mode (in both views) normally in RelXpert.

My virtuoso version is IC6.1.6-64b.500.8, while OS is RH5 64bit. I am using ADE-XL to set up the simulations.

How to work around this? Also, will results be very different using Spectre and RelXpert?  Any link to the documentation, explaining this will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Solved. After including the updated 'model files' the problem went away. Thank you.
